Dominique Boisson, Head sommelier.

Dominique manages the extensive wine program at Ann's Steak & More. He also develops and oversees the wine education program for the restaurant’s dining room team. He joined Ann's Steak & More in 2011, bringing ten years of experience in some of the world’s top dining establishments.
